Stephanie Soucheray received her masters in medical and science journalism from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where she completed a thesis on the business of global health in the 21st century. She has written for a number of universities and publications, including Yale University, Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, North Carolina Health News, and the Raleigh News & Observer. Her interests lie in emerging infectious diseases, maternal and child health, HIV, and the history of medicine.
She is now a reporter at the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota.
