Jacksonville Parks and Recreation in Onslow County reduced their capacity of kids this summer for camp to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It’s a mixed bag across the state where some camps have continued in-person day and overnight camps for youth, while others have canceled or moved to a virtual platform.
